First of all, I will describe my own experience here. It’s similar as another therapy centers I come for treatment before. I was here for two times, and then I decided to stop because: The personal trainer was friendly and tried to ask about my health problem, and showed me 2 exercises to do at home, then we done for the 1st section( the two exercises I already knew). The second section was 3 minutes massage on my painful muscle, and 1 more exercise to do at home. When I did Email for changing the schedule of the 3rd treatment, I waited for quite long time without any response from your service center. When I tried to call and someone told me that the system was error and asked me to call back. Then someone else called me to confirm that the appointment will be changed to another day. The personal trainer called me to announce that I missed my appointment for the 3rd treatment. What’s wrong? Moreover, he did not wait until I finish my saying and he hand-off the call. The point here is: he called me with No Caller ID, I have no idea, but to me it is rude and unprofessional. To be honest, I totally unhappy with this kind of service. To me, it’s really unprofessional and lack of duty! I always wonder that Is it because I speak English??? Because I am a Foreigner? Or because they don’t really care about their customers’ feeling? It’s about my experience with my personal trainer( I won’t tell his name here), and this center. It may not happen to another patients, but I really hope that the staffs as well as the manager of PhysioSport could read my review and fix their services. I hope the personal trainer would work with his duty and his passion on his job!

By far the best physio practice! Highly Recommended!

Therapist has treated the disease over. The bookkeeping is also much to be improved. Therefore, unfortunately not recommended.
