I have been there two times recently, to send packages, and I really trouble understanding why the employees are so rude and so unhelpful. It's as if they were in a horrible mood. Just an advice to them if they read this : don't work a job with people, if you are so bad into simply being respectful.

The packing station is a bit hidden, as you first have to go down to the subway, but since the packing station is right next to the KVB counter and everything is very well lit, you feel safe here too. The packing station itself makes a very neat impression. Therefore 5 out of 5 points :-)
