This packing station is very large, relatively little frequented and works perfectly. It is located on the mezzanine level at the entrance to the subway, on the southern entrance, i.e. on the side facing the main train station. This is the main entrance, where the KVB sales point is also located. The packing station is right around the corner. I can understand if you avoid Ebertplatz. During the day and also in the early evening there are still a lot of passers-by due to the subway, on the weekend also late in the evening and at night, even if only sporadically and intermittently when a train has arrived. If you don't want to use this packing station because of this, the best thing to do is look at the DHL homepage and look for a suitable packing station that is not so busy. The load is indicated there for each packing station.

Bad location, hard to find. The Ebertplatz is big. In addition, the Ebertplatz is not considered the safest place in the area. DHL should therefore consider relocating the site to a "friendlier" location.

Grubby place and the station itself offers as proof only printing, no shipping by e-mail. Unfortunately, the paper lt. Hotline is always empty, so that one stands for returns stupid fa.

Disgusting place for a packing station. Clear wrong planning by DHL. Visits should be put on in the morning hours instead of in the evening / in the dark, then at least the dodgy audience is not yet there.
