This packstation is continually broken, leaving packages trapped inside and eventually returned to sender without the opportunity to collect. Suggest using an alternative packstation. One star is one too many.

After the revision of both the app and the station, it works very well. Just send my packages there and everything will be fine. I am very pleased.

So great! Since you want to move from Dusseldorf to Cologne and the first thing you learn ... The packing stations do not work here. Somehow unhappy!
