Went there to ship something for EU, outside Germany. They had tape right next to the delivery point (where the scale is), without any message, price or anything, inside a steel box you could see through. Some of the tape looked like it was used already. I needed tape to seal my package so I went and used it. When paying for the package the staff tells me that I have to pay for the tap cos I used it. I paid a total of 23.98 € for an EU shipping box weighting 2.2kg. According to the DHL website, I paid like 8e for a piece of tape. They gave me a receipt with 0.00 EUR to pay (unfortunately I didn't check the ticket when I was there and only noticed it when I was home, picture of it attached), so I can't tell for sure how much my shipping cost. First time shipping something, thought it was normal until I saw that I should pay around 16e for this kind of shipping. Scammy, can't recommend such place.

Also bin zufrieden mit den Personal:) bis jetz waren meine Pakete immer da :) Das Personell ist super freundlich und wenn man fragen hat bekommt man eine nette Antwort.:) Kann ich nur empfehlen 😊😚

I don't really care that it is always so packed there. But the staff ... without words. Always incredibly unfriendly and besides the constant sighing when you are served you can only dream of helpfulness. Uff
