Friedrich-Wilhelm-Gymnasium

A great school! Very supportive teachers and most students did extraordinarily well in their final exams. I am now a student at Oxford University and I believe this is partially due to the great learning environment at Friedrich-Wilhelm Gymnasium.

Compared to other high schools in Cologne, the school is much more demanding and, in my opinion, many teachers are racist. This is particularly noticeable in the oral grades. Many teachers prefer certain students and give others bad or worse grades as a matter of principle, even though they achieve the same performance. The grading of oral participation is often very unfair and with some teachers you have the feeling that they deliberately want to ruin your high school diploma. In addition, you sometimes have lessons 4 times a week until 4:00 p.m. or even until 5:45 p.m. and therefore hardly any time to do your homework / study for exams.

Was hunted by the teachers with a drill, then came with tanks. High entertainment value but only 4 stars because Willi ripped me with flip-flops

The Fwg is a great and, above all, clean school. The teachers are very competent and helpful.
