"Standard school" with little innovation, because the school management allows little innovation (will soon be retired;)). Pupils and teachers have to work, otherwise they quickly get problems (often there is little education / compassion / empathy in the game). School management and some teachers quickly put students and colleagues in a drawer (sometimes bullying takes place) from which they are difficult to get out. There is little cohesion in the college. Colleagues are sometimes driven into burnout, leave school voluntarily or are "fired". Many problems are talked about nicely or swept under the rug. There are significantly better schools for students and teachers!
