Great place, very friendly & professional. They go the extra length to make your appointment happen. I always see Sehriban and never disappointed.
I have been visiting various Senzera studios in Cologne for a long time, and to be honest, the quality varies depending on the beautician. I can unreservedly recommend sugaring at Sehriban - she is very friendly and handles the warm sugar thoroughly, but also carefully, and gives excellent advice! Many Thanks :)
Went there regularly OVER 1 YEAR. But the services, the hygiene and the friendliness have decreased a lot. In addition, one employee is very rough at "pulling out her hair". The pain I have at the moment does not come from sugaring but from the handling of the lady. Unfortunately I will have to change my location. Too bad.
PS: If a customer is sensitive, then you should apply the sugar over a small area. And don't want to be finished in 10 minutes.

Not always up to date
I already knew Senzera as a nail salon, I recently had my first waxing appointment. It started on time, the lady was very friendly and informed me immediately.
I felt that I was in good hands and was very satisfied with the result!
At further appointments I found out that the service is subject to great fluctuations. The service was inadequate overall, characterized by rudeness.
