The name is really a reality here. No to little paperwork, fast, uncomplicated, independent, friendly. Without my presence they loaded everything and, under my guidance, carried everything to the 5th floor - without a lift. They also took my bulky waste straight away and disposed of it. Price was very fair! I can only recommend.
