The meerkat enclosure was enlarged a few years ago from 2 enclosures, one was made with heat lamps and baskets where you can lie in to warm up, then you have put on plants and tree branches where you can climb up so that someone can always watch and have an elevated space if the group has too many animals animals are given away by the offspring if the group is too big there is a lot of dispute In the group who is the first female and is allowed to mate there is a lot of unrest I have already seen that and they eat fruit vegetables meat are insects omnivores in front are the otters and behind the meerkats the washable three light ones and one darker one

The meerkats can be watched for hours. They are so cute and alive and watching is just fun.

Again and again nice to look at the meerkats. They have fun in the enclosure.
