In business, the SIM card should be unlocked and registered. For me, nothing worked or performed properly. The SIM card should be for my second phone. Therefore, I did not immediately notice that the SIM card is registered. But not unlocked. I could not telephone and got a debt collection bill from Telefonica at the end of the month. Without being able to make a direct telephone call, a debt collection bill without a reminder. At the same time Tchibo reportedly knew nothing about the debt collection agency Inkasso - Telefonica. Both work together diligently Telefonica is called on the Internet and in court as unserious and rip-off. Therefore do not pay any bill from the beginning. Otherwise you accept the terms and conditions and have to pay. Because Tchibo ripped off the customers, I rated the Tchibo store with 3 stars. The stars are based on drinks and stay in the city center. Otherwise due to the unseriousness only 1 star. The employees said afterwards that they are unfamiliar with the activation and registration. I can not offer registration and activation in such a shop if the employees are untrained. As a solution, I got a business card with the service phone number from the Tchibo hotline. Nice, clean Tchibo branch on the Stresemannstraße in Mönchengladbach Rheydt. The shop assistants are always ready to satisfy all customers. Coffee machines are well explained. The selection of coffees is advised very expertly. In this store you also get Tchibo action items, if the supermarkets are already sold out with Tchibo shelves. Gladly again and again!
