The increasing presence of casinos in public spaces is probably the only secretive and questionable blessing of the EU.
To explain to younger people that this was not always the case is to disbelieve.
Legal gaming was only available in a few casinos, e.g. in Germany Baden-Baden, allowed. Etiquette and self-presentation of courtly proportions effectively limited the access of social vulnerabilities.
What comes to my mind about this location also prohibits etiquette.
