I bought a used Fiat 500 at Auto-Centrum Coenen in March. The processing from purchase to delivery was professional and reliable despite the "Corona" circumstances. When there were one or two small complaints afterwards, the service manager handled them in a courteous and friendly manner and to my complete satisfaction. I have always had the feeling that I was valued and welcomed as a customer. At this point I would like to recommend the Auto-Centrum Coenen without any restrictions.
Absolutely not to be recommended! The second time we had a van there for repairs. The first time the tank was full, the second time it was 3/4 full. We got back in each case on reserve! Seems to happen more often with company cars. If you have your vehicle under repair, you should urgently have the mileage, fuel level ect confirmed.
Was there with two cars to put on the winter tires. Afterwards, the wheel warning lamp shone on both of them and I had to go to the workshop again - with a trip there and back and waiting three hours of wasted life. If a workshop repeatedly fails to change tires, then I definitely won't give my car to them when a repair is due.
We were very well looked after at Ford. The advice from Mr. Hamma was first class. Definitely recommendable, very friendly and competent advice and support from "We'll take a look around first" to picking up the car ... And also afterwards.
