It is a shame that when clarifying various concerns you would be called back and then, despite reminders on my part, there is still no callback after more than 1 week ... You are afraid that you have bought something at all ... How does it then with complaints or repairs his ? I would rather have this done somewhere else ...

This year we bought a new caravan at Camping Krings in Mönchengladbach. Since we were looking for a special model with a certain equipment, we went to many dealers in North Rhine-Westphalia and can therefore make good comparisons. But what I want to write first of all is that I can't understand all the bad reviews. I have never had problems with any dealer, because most of the time it is always a question of how you get in touch with the dealer. If I only make demands myself or am in a bad mood, I don't have to expect that my counterpart is a wish fairy and fulfills my every wish! We felt very much at home at Krings compared to many other dealers. The sales talk was very good and the seller knew what he was talking about. So we quickly came to the result and bought a warehouse vehicle. Due to the corona, we unfortunately had to wait a bit to pick it up (registration offices closed). The pick-up was then a bit shorter due to Corona, but I was able to clarify all questions by phone and email. Minor defects that occur with every camping vehicle after purchase have been dealt with satisfactorily. Friends of ours bought the same caravan from another dealer in North Rhine-Westphalia and have not had all of their defects fixed to this day, although there are none more serious than ours. I can therefore recommend the entire Camping Krings team and only remind you of the following saying: "As one calls into the forest, it resounds." Incidentally, I have already shopped in the Krings accessories shop and of course the accessories shop is more expensive than an online dealer, but I can take the item with me and don't have to wait :-) Now, shortly before the 2020 caravan fair, I can only recommend visiting my colleagues from Krings at the fair!

Very unfriendly shop. I accidentally rode my bike into the yard. But I wanted to go to the accessory store across the street. Instead of asking me what I was looking for, I was sent off. You can only pay with an EC card or cash and withdrawals only with a voucher. The store will only see me again in an emergency.
