I am happy. I regularly refuel here and wash the car too. The staff is always friendly to me, the car wash works very cleanly and there are no complications. Only the fuel pumps occasionally cause problems.

Was here today on October 25th at 17:40. Very nice service would like to come back this employee is always friendly and courteous, I was very happy that something like this is still available ☺️👍🏼.

Friendly staff and a sufficiently large range for in between, as well as for the little ones there is also something. Everything fits into the picture of Windberg! So far I have bought and fueled there! Everything perfect!

Unfortunately bad experience with the vehicle cleaning (inside & outside). Asked for a handover protocol when handing over the vehicle. "Take photos of damage. That's enough." I took it that way, picked up the car at 5 p.m., gave the tip in small talk that it could end badly without such a handover, did not scrutinize the car (I'm not so German) and open 15 minutes later the field found that the driver's door has a 'door slap' (scratch). I was and am not sure whether this was before. Called at the same moment (Friday evening) and referred to Monday. Then I sent my mother to speak to the employee (service). It was never about blaming me, only one should be able to talk about something professionally. We're talking about painting the door at € 750. Employee was defensive, which I can understand is also human, but also had no photo of the driver's door. He would have to have this, however, if the handover and the deficiencies existing at the time of the vehicle handover are recorded. After this nice attempt to contact me, I had to pick up the phone. Again: Just like my mother, I have emphasized several times that we are not concerned with assigning blame. You could also simply respond to constructive criticism. In this case, I am now in charge of a missing handover protocol. What actually happens if a vehicle is stolen. The insurance company will certainly not regulate this on the basis of "believe us, we had the customer's vehicle in custody and suddenly it was gone". In any case, I asked to contact the owner. This was denied with the words "I am not allowed to give out the number, I should take a look at the days". Then my patience is not enough. I then turned to Aral Germany and asked for help. Unfortunately, there is nothing you can do here, as Mr. Dahmen (lessee) acts independently in the context of vehicle maintenance. Until today I could have been easily contacted and talked about the incident, but didn't. Customer satisfaction doesn't seem to be a real priority here. It's a shame actually. My car appears to have been damaged. To this day I don't know whether the scratch was there before. But if you take photos of the prominent places in advance, you should have taken them, but did not. So I have to assume that it was created on site. Which wouldn't even be fatal. Things happen. People make mistakes. You just have to be able to deal with the situation. We have remained cautious and not reproachful. You can't appear nicer if you assume that damage has occurred to you. And the fact that I desperately turn to Aral Germany if I refuse to contact you (another tip: 'Mr. Dahmen will contact you' would have been an option) is understandable. Well - I don't want to run after you. I can't recommend it anymore. Pity!
