Today I came to this shop after encountering a very rude man at another auto rental company nearbye. I was SO thankful to be greeted by VERY friendly, helpful and competent employees. The nice lady at the front desk was very helpful and pleasant. She answered all of my dumb questions and made me feel like i found the right company. I have a van reserved and will be back for more! Thank you for understanding customer serivce and how people should speak to each other...i wish more companies in this area did it like you. DANKE!!!

I have to work with them a lot for personnal and professional matters at least once every 2 weeks.
If you are calling or visitng and a female worker ansWer you are in luck ! She is professional, polite and a problem solver.
If her male colleage answers hang up or run. First of all he doesn't care about your problematic, won't even think about it, tell you simply he can't but that could be ok sometimes there is no solution (even if it is hard to find one if you don't look). The worst is, he will do so in the most impolite manner and there is no excuse for not being polite. You work in customer service you need to stay polite and friendly.
