After reserving a van online last night, i showed up early this morning and was informed that i should have checked my email because he sent me an email last night informing me my reservation was cancelled. I did not get this email, but was still looking for information because as I informed your employee that i have the entire month of June to move and would be interested in renting multiple vehicles from you in this month. The man i had to deal with talked to me as if my presence annoyed him and as if i was stupid because i did not know that the end of the month is USUALLY booked out! This guy used an angry tone with everything he said to me....i felt no need to give you any money, you clearly don't need it if you talk to customers like this.... I have now reserved a van at Europ car for Monday and another car from them towards the end of the month. The very friendly lady there understands what customer service is, you should visit them and learn a few things.

The price-performance ratio is very good. The only thing I didn't think was great. That you cannot return the rental car on the same day. At a saturday. So I had to get up early on Sunday morning and bring the car back.

Bieten Fahrzeug Online für 127€ an (1 Tag, 1000km). Jedoch nur mit Vorlaufzeit von 6 Stunden und Online Zahlung. Da ich das Fahrzeug sofort brauchte kam das für mich mich nicht in Frage und ich habe direkt vor Ort gebucht. Kostet dann unter den selben Bedingungen 190€! Fast 50% mehr weil ich nicht 6 Stunden vorher Online buche? Mutig bei so einer Preispolitik mit „Teuer mieten ist woanders!“ zu werben. Bei Europcar hätte das ganze ca. 140€ gekostet. Personal unfreundlich, Fahrzeug nicht vollgetankt, Transporter ohne Rückfahrkamera.

Competent, reliable and very friendly - the vehicles are great! Highly recommended.

Are you looking for a cheap and good quality van? Your helpers jumped off and you need a transporter at short notice? Off to Lühnemanns. Price performance is outstanding. Staff very helpful and courteous. I can only recommend it!
