Edit (reply to response from sixt) : I did email you twice, called 3-4 times your office and thrice to the call center. You couldn't find a solution, what an additional email will do now? Original review They cancelled our booking one day before without any reason and without any replacement car. We were left stranded before the start of our holidays while everyone we called, gave a different reason. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy . I have been renting from sixt for last 6 years, never again and same I communicated to my network. Try buchbinder in mönchengladbach, they are much better that this.

We rented a car for our wedding and received a free upgrade for a nicer/bigger car. SIXT gave us a call that they had a better car for our wedding. Great service. Our reservation was for a Audi A5 and we received a BMW X4
