On request, you would like to have 20 euros here to accept a used starter battery for disposal. Afterwards it is easy to imagine how the pricing for more complex services will turn out. I don't want to be a customer there. Supplement 14.07.2020 Dear Mr. Leipold, Thank you for your opinion. My appointment was made on November 8, 2019 with the request for acceptance and disposal without claiming a battery deposit. Her colleague at the front desk was at a loss and then consulted a colleague from the workshop about what to calculate. Now I don't know what misunderstandings should arise. I do not want to know what consequences ambiguities could have on more complex orders for my vehicle. A company is only as good as its staff and the leadership by the management.
