I wonder where the good reviews come from? I can not comprehend that. Incl. TÜV inspectors a bunch of headless people. Competence looks different. Because of this headlessness, additional costs arose. I cannot recommend this workshop to anyone. I have never seen anything so chaotic before. Then in detail: First information TÜV without an appointment, just drop by. - First trip to Wahlstedt for free, as no TÜV without an appointment is possible. An appointment was then made with the TÜV inspector and employee. - Second trip to Wahlstedt with an appointment, the examiner no longer there, again for free. The workshop did not note the date and the examiner mixed it up. - Third trip to Wahlstedt finally luck TÜV test done - fourth trip to Wahlstedt, car brought to the workshop the day before as requested. Order for wheel alignment and call agreed if the ESP control light should continue to shine, as the car should then not be checked. No phone call, no wheel alignment. Why not? Even as a woman I know how important wheel alignment is, especially since new tires have been fitted. ESP or not, the track must be set! Instead, they said the sensor was defective, because we should replace it. Again the trip was in vain. The original first TÜV report could no longer be given because the note should have ended up in a puddle. Reprint without address and overview of the costs of the examination. - Another workshop commissioned with wheel alignment. Calibrated after wheel alignment and ESP light is off. Oops, according to you the sensor is defective?!? - Fifth trip to Wahlstedt: it finally worked, verification successful. That was the last time we entered this courtyard. If there is a problem with such simple things ... Driving for free several times, or being driven, of course, costs time and money. These are simply additional costs that shouldn't have been. The examiner is pretty headless like you, but this negative rating mainly refers to the workshop!

I would recommend PSR to anyone who wants their car to be in good hands. On the one hand the guys impress with their technical competence and on the other hand with their absolute customer friendliness. I have never before felt so well advised and comfortable in a workshop. That's why I like to drive from Hamburg to Wahlstedt. Thank you for your effort and commitment. You really are awesome.

The shop is also not too bad for little things and helps you with words and deeds .... In terms of car and motorcycle technology, it is certainly one of the best!
