We wanted to have an inspection today and made an appointment two weeks ago. When we were there punctually at 11 a.m., a note was stuck on the door stating that today, due to illness, would not open until 10.30 a.m. The branch was still closed and no employees far and wide. After waiting half an hour, we called the headquarters in Essen, what was going on here? They inquired and called back with the words that the employee was sick and the division manager knew about it. Fine, and why didn't customers tell us? It was promised that an employee would call us at 2 p.m. for a new appointment. At 2.30 p.m. still nobody answered, so I had to call again. When I finally got someone on the line, it was a representative from Dinslaken who knew nothing .. Everyone understands when you are sick, but this crisis management is under all cannon! We wanted to have a big inspection and it does not cost little! But if they don't want our money, we just have to go somewhere else. I'm pissed! Wasted a day of vacation that could have been spent much better in the weather!

When you visit, you get a great workshop with quality service. The staff are polite and professional, troubleshooting the problem and the cause of it quickly found and resolved. In the future, you will continue to be my first choice.

Mr. klosterköther helped me to solve my problem with my car! He seemed very competent! The advice was very good and he has very good expertise in his field. He was able to explain everything to me in the smallest detail and convey his knowledge very well to me with my problem with my car! I am happy to continue to be a customer!
