First of all, praise to the cashiers was always served nicely, but I can't say the same about the branch manager. The following happened: I bought a mascara and it was used when asked whether Ivh could purchase an unopened product. I asked if I could give it back if there was anything wrong with it because the branch manager answered the question to me. As far as all is well but then when I wanted to return the goods because there was so little out than usual, the store manager at the cash register in front of the customers was loud and cheeky and said it was my own fault she did not take the goods back (the goods did not once looked at and directly accused me) and really said "yes that day you asked if you could give it back alone the question was funny it was clear that you would bring it back", please what ???? Then when I explained to her that it was for my cousin and I had to ask the question, she said ah suddenly it is for her cousin why didn't she come then, so I had to give an account so I did but was still a liar stamped and all that BEFORE the other customers who were all staring at me! Although I was calm and still nice, she just wanted to continue afterwards, of course she didn't tell me. My cousin doesn't get poorer because of the 9 euros but me and my cousin and our families have lost them as regular customers. Rossman has just as much choice and is definitely more honest and friendly. That was the first time that I made a complaint, always left a lot of money there because everything was fine. very professional and that of a branch manager who represents the company. # A complaint to the headquarters in Karlsruhe made sure that the mascara had to be taken back so I went there with my friend. Not a good day nothing. The store manager didn't even look at us. Well, she gave the money back and then asked us out!
