Unfriendly waitress, beckons me in, serves me until another customer roars in through the exit signposted by the pharmacy that she was ahead of me, then gives me my prescription back, although I was almost done. I am a regular customer, but they will never see me again.

Always nice and friendly, you feel very well advised and cared for. Offers or discounts are referred to without being annoying. Even in this difficult time, you can see that people really took part there so that staff and we customers are protected. A big praise!!! Keep it up!
