Very unfriendly saleswoman. I canceled the purchase because of her behavior at the checkout and left the store immediately. Usually I have been there a lot, but I will avoid the shop in the future.

I'm used to long queues at Rossmann, but a new record was broken when I went shopping a few days ago. The queue went around the entire cooling system, but only one cash register was open. The saleswoman was still very unfriendly, she collected completely without a word: no hello, no amount or please and thank you. Will never enter this market again. A real nuisance.

Absolute savior on Sundays when you need something fast. Wide range and you can always find what you need from stationery to regular drugstore goods to food. In addition, the prices are always cheap and there are always discount campaigns in the store and in the app that can even be combined. The Rossmann is very busy, especially on Sundays, so I can understand the long queues, and these employees also work there over 10 hours until 9:00 p.m. 7 days a week at the Gladbach train station. At some point I would only have a thin line of patience. But to this day I have always been treated very kindly and respectfully. I can only recommend this very appreciated shop in Gladbach to everyone.
