Best shop ever. Almost in the last sec. I got a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend. They designed it completely according to my ideas. And that just before closing time. Nice bouquet, nice service.

I wouldn't even buy plastic flowers from the "sympathetic" staff. At the end of the day a, let's say "bigger" blonde rolled a car into the shop, with plants falling down and lying on the sidewalk. So I wanted to be nice, picked up the pots and brought them to the extremely motivated saleswoman. This "lady" reacted in an outrageous tone at first because I took the wrong entrance. So I explained to her in a friendly manner that she had lost the plants and that they had been lying on the sidewalk and that you could at least thank them instead of being loud. Then this "lady" screamed, who has probably done a retraining, but should not be let loose on customers, that I should put on a mask first, a "thank you" seems to be missing in her vocabulary, or something went wrong. Well, I brought the flowers back to where I found them, on the sidewalk. Now that the plants were flying back onto the sidewalk, she could really bark. It was her luck that I did not understand what she was saying. If something should fall down again, I'll just overlook it, even if it's a shame for the plants. By the way, plants need water. The soil of the flowers lying on the sidewalk was extremely dry. If this extremely personable, friendly and highly motivated employee is looking for a new job, I have a tip: The green has to go up.
