Unfriendliness not to be outdone. Today we received our order for a bouquet of flowers which we had ordered 3 days before because we still had a Fleurop voucher. It should become a gift. After 3 questions on the phone 2 drivers had finally found our house. I was handed out of the window a bunch of flowers with half-torn paper packaging. When asked why the packaging was broken and the flowers were already halfway out I got in a harsh tone to the answer that one would have to say that the flowers should be wrapped in foil. But I had not spoken a word about film. When I wanted to know why his tone derailed me he put the gear in and drove away very quickly. Nice attempt that unfortunately failed. For 29 euros it was not worth it.
