I have bought via Amazon.nl a Jung Air Mobile. The product that arrived is a Lifetime AG007-11C that can be purchased at a bol.com for 100 euros less (and that would be delivered on the following day, not 11 days later). On top of that, the delivery was 6 days late. I asked for a partial refund due to price difference and they said that I got what I purchased, for real... horrible experience and do not recommend at all.

Packaging and dispatch was really super fast. I got my product within 1 day after ordering. nice!

Bought 2 portable bbq via amazon whose description included a set of tongs (grillzange). One of the packs arrived complete, in the other one the tongs was missing. I raised the issue and they argued that the piece was not included in the purchase offer, despite the screenshot I sent them detailing what was appearing on amazon when I bought it. Many mails afterwards, still did not get the missing piece, nor a refund, just the offer to send back the whole lot. And the whole of it in a very unfriendly and swift manner. Weg ist weg is it for me. Stay away!
