After having had such lousy experiences at Schaffrath in MG with the procurement of spare parts for my Mobitec armchairs, I was able to experience exactly the opposite at Wohn-Art! The very nice and friendly lady Mrs. Lambertz was not only helpful but also willing to inquire in advance how expensive the spare parts for the Mobitec armchairs are. Even though the armchairs were not bought there. In the new year we will buy a new couch and we will definitely stop by. :-) Service is still very important here! Update: Just ordered the rolls! :-)
