We bought a beautiful dining table and coffee table here. The advice given by Mr. Terporten and Mr. Burchartz was very detailed and competent. Of course, in the end, the price was right. We ordered furniture from Casa Living from Schaffrath in Mönchengladbach in January, which should be delivered in March. It's almost August now and we still don't have any furniture. We would understand everything if they discussed the problem with us and were ready to find a solution. Unfortunately, we receive zero information, we are constantly put off, one would report and no one would respond. Neither emails nor calls are responded to. We have now set a deadline (to which, of course, nobody reacted either). My parents have been living out of cardboard boxes and without furniture for weeks. Our entire family has bought furniture from Schaffrath in Heinsberg and MG for decades and has often had problems, including defects. That was definitely the last time! We are very disappointed and can only advise against buying furniture from Schaffrath due to the poor customer service, unreasonable delivery times and often poor quality (especially with sofas). EDIT: This post is now over a month ago. Since then, part of the furniture ordered has been delivered - it was also damaged. For 9 months now, my parents have continued to live without a dining table and without a dining room cabinet. For a tidy person, life out of cardboard boxes and with a folding table is also a psychological burden over such a long period of time. The bland answer to my post is a joke. Still nobody can be reached by phone - there is still no response to emails.

Today we bought an upholstered suite from Casa Living in Mönchengladbach. We received unobtrusive, friendly and very competent advice from Mr. Kempkens. Above all, he gave us important information on the selection of the upholstery fabric and the fittings for the set. We also liked the pleasant atmosphere in the manageable exhibition space. Now only the quality and delivery of the set must match.
