The transaction after our furniture order was uncomplicated and professional. The delivered furniture was set up quickly. We are very demanding and are completely satisfied with the shop.

It's funny how the previously described are similar other cases. I have purchased a sofa there, which had in the store very good quality, was delivered naturally not this quality. Although the product after 8 weeks which was in the camp, a delivery is carried out only after repeated call on my part three weeks later. I ordered silver feet to the couch. Come it is with black plastic feet, which also had to make matters worse too little. Well, I thought that's not so bad to be so replenished. That was on 20/11/19. To date, also ask for multiple and my offer pick it up personally and assemble nothing happened. Meanwhile, the owner does not go more to the phone. I decided to enforce my rights, if necessary, in court. I recommend anyone to buy there if he expects quality and reliability.

The goods in the shop are beautiful and the prices are very high. Until then, everything is fine. I bought, paid and received total scrap !!!! Can only advise against a purchase in this store !!! I bought two tables from Richmond Interieurs and paid dearly - but only one original (living room table), the dining table which was delivered to me: was provided with a woodworm and the quality was 300% worse than the table in the store !!! After complaining 2 months later, the table was replaced, the glass has been forgotten and was associated with renewed waiting time. From a good customer service one expects an apology - in this store you can only be grateful that even a glass pane has been redelivered. This wobbles extremely on the table which again suggests that this is not an ORIGINAL Richmond interiors table. Overall, it took 3 months until everything was completely there. With purchase was of 2 weeks the speech !!!! The boss of the store is a rip-off and does not answer now! Never again would I recommend someone to buy his furniture !!!!! Absolute FAIL !!!

The furniture is very nice and the staff was very nice. The service after the purchase was very bad. I bought a lamp there. I was told that the lamp was ready to pick up within 1 week. In addition, I was offered to call us or write a message as soon as the lamp is there. After a week I asked via WhatsApp, if the lamp is there. It was simply answered with a "no". When asked when the lamp was there, no answer came. After a good 2 weeks, I called there and asked if the lamp is ready to pick up. Of course not and you could not tell me when she is ready to pick up. Now I called after 4 weeks and asked. The lamp has probably been around for a long time. I asked why I had not been notified. There was only a "no idea". Especially a furniture store, which deals with furniture in such a price range, should have a much better service. I do not buy anything there anymore. Update: lamp picked up, tried and is even broken.
