Should have read the reviews beforehand !! Was at the practice this morning at 7.35am and wanted to be the first patient with my severe back pain (without appointment and cash patient). The gate opens and I go to the counter full of expectation. The first comment from the hope only trainees with instructions! What does the card look like, whether it still works? I was referred to my family doctor and, despite the emphasis on my pain, sent away. My answer, what should the family doctor do? We only have 2 general practitioners today and a substitute for another doctor. Without words. Then I delivered my mini excavator with pain and got this confirmation here 3 times in the course of the afternoon.

Just again disappointing over 2 hours of waiting time after asking several times it was said you are the next .. I was the last there was nobody in the waiting room. Although I was one of the first with acute back pain, which meant that I was no longer able to stand upright ... It can't be that all patients had an appointment just plain outrageous!

Absolutely bad way to deal with patients forever waiting for an appointment, waiting very long and then not even being treated impossible. Dr. Jones behaves towards patients is impossible ..... Nurses and medical assistants are nice and friendly. Last visit was there .....

The receptionist helps very friendly. The doctor an absolute disaster. Rude and accuses you of a cut that is freshly sewn, you just do not want to work. This practice never sees me again and I can not recommend anyone.
