Reception in the emergency room was very nice, but when the doctor came it went downhill. Absolutely rude and self-indulgent. Was rejected despite the diagnosis and with pain. Nobody sees me anymore. Thanks for nothing.

At the ward where I was, I can't complain. The staff was always very open-minded and helpful, even if there was no lack of stress - thanks for everything!

1x and never again That something can be called a children's hospital is the hardship. Due to severe abdominal pain and the suspicion of an inversion of the intestines in our 4-month-old son, we should be in the hospital for 24 hours for observation. The pediatrician suspected a gastrointestinal infection, but wanted to play it safe. In the emergency room we had to wait a full hour before we were finally admitted and taken to the examination room. From then on the madness started. After a brief examination, we were sent to the room without finding out what or whether there were any further investigations. The room had come down completely, the parents' folding bed was only pushed into the room when I asked again. I had to get everything myself, because my sister didn't see herself responsible for it. The bedclothes weren't exactly clean either, but nobody was interested. Almost 4 hours after the admission, an ultrasound was performed on my son by 2 interns, who both could not see anything and therefore another intern was called to pound my son with the ultrasound probe for more excruciatingly long minutes. In the end, she didn't see anything, except a lot of air and stool. We should give something against flatulence and were then sent to the room with it. We haven't seen a senior doctor once. I had to give my own lefax because we didn't get anything at the hospital because I took something from home as a precaution. The next day no further examinations were made, although the little one was only a little better, but they wanted to keep us there one more night. I then fired us on my own, which didn't interest anyone there either. We were almost swept out after I said we wanted to go home.

A doesn't know what B is doing !! When asked whether they also take the corona smear from the mouth, it was first said yes. Then at the surgery appointment I said that I wanted to do this test from the mouth, but not the one from the nose. The doctor then told me that she couldn't understand that I came to the ward without a test and that a test is only given through the nose. I could think about it. Then I packed my things and left. Health doesn't count !! I am shocked by such a bad organization. Never again!!!! Why is only this painful test offered? That should be my own decision as to which test I want to take.
