The ladies at the entrance are very rude and arrogant. It makes no difference whether you try Dahlenerstr or Ludwig Weber Str. Despite shortness of breath and extremely high blood pressure, they won't even let you see a doctor. Yesterday I was turned away at Dahlenerstr because a code was missing on the transfer. Today with a code to Ludwig Weber, so the family doctor should first call before you can see a cardiologist. So folks, if you really have ailments and your air gets tight when you're excited, you better go elsewhere. I grant the Mfas that you also get heart problems. Perhaps then you will reconsider your behavior

Unfortunately, I have to assign a star to write this review, it is not deserved! During the first visit, I was bare-chested on the couch in the ultrasound room and was waiting for Dr Pothoff when suddenly a puzzled patient ran through the room because the doctor in the next room was not paying attention to where the man was going! Okay, not so tragic! All heart examinations were done, no cause for my shortness of breath, so the lungs now have to be examined, but only in the next quarter, otherwise the health insurance will cause trouble ?! Ääääähm, hello ?! So overall a terribly arrogant mood in practice! Ladies, I don't care if your Louis Vuitton scarf keeps you warm or if your Monterey jacket is from the same company as your new shoes, I'm here because I'm not well and your behavior is pretty annoying! Only one dark-skinned girl was adorable and she was verbally attacked by Mrs. Louis Vuitton! I ran off in the middle of treatment and will never set foot in this practice again! Dr Pothoff is not in the least interested in his patients, I had the impression that I was disturbing! Sorry for seeing and harassing you as a specialist! This is guaranteed to never happen again!

to the fullest satisfaction, 5 stars .... big compliments to the friendly ladies from reception / EKG / lung diagnostics as well as Dr. Potthof and Dr. Schwarz .... and to the "grumblers" here: I've been here many times for a number of years and can't understand the "grumbling" - one should consider: "as it switches into the forest, it also echoes out"
