I wanted to bring a wristwatch for repair, because it had stopped after a recent battery change in a small electronics shop. Since I have always had good experiences with new batteries over the last few years, I did not believe in a dead battery. After I stated on demand that I had changed the battery elsewhere, but believe in a problem with the clockwork, I was recommended, but go there and reclaim where I had the battery inserted. My request to check the movement was answered to the effect that from next weekend company holidays and I could come back at the end of the next month, if I would like to. A check of the watch or a receipt for the examination of the error and the repair was refused. Such a dismissive, unfriendly and ignorant treatment I have never experienced as a customer. In this business you do not seem to need any customers !!!!

Very friendly and competent advice. The clockwork of my watch has been replaced. If I break a wristwatch again, I know where to fix it.

I have given wristwatches for repairs / maintenance many times, everything was always to my complete satisfaction. Finally, Mr. Stöter refused to repair a watch: "It is too primitive for me". Pretty sassy!
