Her Quodbach and his team are exactly what you want by representing a law firm. His employees and himself are 100% human, take all the time in the world and no questions are left unanswered! His competence and knowledge are enormous. Fortunately, I was only with him and with him in court because of a wage dispute with my employer. Of course, we received the right from the labor court. I got a fine because I allegedly drove drunk. A neighbor, who does not like me, has called the police and claims that I first drank several wrong beer and then drove. But I only drank beer at home after the trip. The police came with 4 men and made for a huge scene. The alcohol test was of course positive and I had to go directly with the police to the guard for blood. Nobody wanted to believe that I had drunk only after driving. Then came the fine: 500 Euro penalty, 2 points and 1 month driving ban. The driving ban would have been a disaster for me because I have a lot of driving for my job. I called Mr. Quodbach and got an appointment with him one day later. Mr Quodbach has lodged an objection against the fine and then convinced the district court in Mönchengladbach Rheydt in the date that I actually did not drink until after driving. A complete success! Thank you again Mr. Attorney Quodbach! Gladly again!
