I have had excellent experiences with Jaspers for years. Fast, competent and also very suitable for special cases. However, many customers are not aware that quality has its price. I really enjoy working with Jaspers. Crafts from scratch !!

As a predecessor wrote, the advice was fine, but crisis management was unsatisfactory. Ordered a key to copy or reorder directly in the first week of January and only received it in May ... With all understanding for the current situation around Corona, but almost 5 months waiting for a key, I find it disproportionately long ... was in the shop twice to inquire and then worked it over email to get information. In short, after repeated, penetrative and afterwards certain inquiries on my part, the story moved and the key was delivered within 14 days. In short: I was not convinced by the procedure, the price, the crisis management and I will no longer go to Jaspers. It was "only" about a key that had to be copied ...
