Super unfriendly staff at the entrance, area full of dirt (match) where the vehicles are

Picked up a car there today for the first and last time. Although it was scheduled beforehand, nothing was ready. Nobody knew about it. Large groups of employees standing outside and smoking instead of working while I stand silly for almost an hour and have to wait. Professional is different.

I enjoy working with the team in MG. All very friendly.
