Very affordable prices. Staff is friendly and competent. Renting is quick and easy. Everything on one level, so the rooms are easy to reach.

For more than 2 years now I am a tenant at First Elephant and I am more than satisfied. The facility is clean and well maintained, the staff are very nice, very communicative and very hard-working. The fact that there are many long-term tenants (like me) and tenants of office space, you often meet the same people and thus there is a familiar atmosphere (at least to my liking). I can recommend First Elephant to anyone without hesitation.
