Wait since 27.01.2019 on my ordered and paid goods. No one has been available for weeks, meanwhile the certificate "Trusted Shop" has been removed from the website. Display follows.

Unfortunately I had to make my first bad experiences with this dealer. A desk, which should have a delivery time of 2-3 weeks at the time of order, was according to status notification also punctually "delivered". After two weeks later, still no delivery arrived, I phoned the customer service - they kindly assured me to make smart with the carrier and to report back. That did not happen. 6 weeks later, after several of my emails went unanswered and (friendly) phone calls did not produce any results ("We'll fix that and get back to you ...."), I stepped back from the purchase. Even on the revocation followed by any feedback from the dealer. The only competence in this transaction proved the PayPal buyer protection, who responded promptly and refund me the full purchase amount.

In January Domoform bought a sofa brand Innovation. The sofa arrived 5 days ago with false holes and is since then in parts in the living room. Despite several attempts to reach the company Domoform at the mentioned opening times (by mail and by phone) we get NO answer. This is unlawful, which allows Domoform there. We can neither cancel the purchase nor initiate a return. Now, after we set a deadline, we will call a lawyer after today. In no case buy there, the saved money brings absolutely no advantages, it is gone.

Completely chaotic operation, complete sofa delivery took over 1 year, constant demand was necessary. I cannot recommend it.
