Since this furniture store also sell kitchens, I requested a new hinges for our kitchen cabinet. I was told that this should not be a problem; You already knew this sort of hinges. After almost 3 weeks I asked and the senior knew nothing; only somewhere still a bag with hinges' rumlag. I was promised a callback. After 1 week, I called again and had again the senior on the phone. He still did not know anything and promised to call back. Today, 4 days later, I am in the business and have learned that I do not want to order the hinges, because they are sold only in packs of ten. Obviously you would need a whole month for that and not once have you called me! VERY, VERY, VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Never again!
