Only bad.
They attract long-term parkers with "low" prices, which are then increased sharply every six months. For what? Nobody seems to care about this parking garage for years.
No service or security whatsoever. The gates have only been working half-heartedly for months, the barriers also not, the doors are always open. Unauthorized people are there every day and night, spraying everything and littering it.
This is of course not disposed of, the same waste has been there for more than a year!
So be careful!
Disasters! Fees change constantly, if you press the call button, it often takes a long time for someone to answer, if anyone answers, not recommended!
Today I was a customer of your parking garage and was amazed that you can not pay in the "most modern car park Mönchengladbach" tickets with EC or credit card; on the signs in the entrance area no indication. I had to borrow cash from the doctor to get my car started. This is neither contemporary nor customer friendly!
85 € for a monthly ticket, although the barrier, or the card sensor, or the door are permanently broken, are a joke in itself. Not to mention the unfriendly and unhelpful staff on the phone or call button. That regular young people turn the parking garage into a skate hall, the operator is not interested. In the future I would rather park on the street and invest my 85 € in something less annoying.
Within a short time the parking fees have been increased to 1.70. For a doctor's visit usury. The parking situation there is exploited
