I can only report positive things. Quick appointment. Professional and flexible. I came as a pain patient and I was quickly helped with a puncture. All diagnostic options in-house. Dr. Ehses is attentive and can explain well.

Can only report positive. As a pain patient I got an appointment very quickly and the waiting time on the day and on the following dates was not worth mentioning. The treatment including the other treatment suggestions was competent and brought immediate improvement. Initially, it was treated only with benefits that are covered by the health insurance. On my own request I have added private additional services. This also happened with the good advice that it can go faster, but not necessarily! Feel very good in the practice and at dr. Ehses canceled. Despite full waiting room are always friendly and always correct in tone. And that, although I am basically a cashier and not a private patient!

After I had an accident on vacation, I went to practice on the first day at home. According to the Internet, this opens at 07:30. Since I did not have an appointment, I was punctual at 07:30 on the spot. It was then opened at 08:00. After completing my request for treatment, I was told that the doctor would decide if he would treat me, but he would not be there until 8:30. At 08:45 I was told that Dr. E. willing to look at me, but in a tone that made me feel eternally grateful. At 10:15 am I was allowed to enter the treatment room. After the examination, an X-ray was taken, after which I sat another hour in the waiting room. Apart from a bandage for the foot and a private prescription over pain medication nothing happened. My suggestion might make an X-ray of the back, because I was driven because of great pain at the resort for 2 days in a wheelchair and the pain did not get much better was with the remark that the vertebrae are not broken rejected. I was able to leave the practice shortly after 12:00. When I asked if and when I should come to the control, I was the 29.12. called. To my question, what is the matter, if the symptoms do not improve or get worse, I was told, then I would have to come again and you will see if the doctor has time for me. My insurance card did not work, so I signed that I would pay the bill privately or submit the new card directly. After the examination, the doctor told me that if I did not hand in the card at short notice, I would have to pay for the treatment myself. Afterwards I got a treatment certificate directly from my health insurance and immediately brought it to practice. Today I was told by phone that I would still have to come over again with the new insurance card. (Incidentally, my old card worked with my family doctor and also in the hospital) Since the doctor was also very unresponsive, I will not visit this practice. Too bad, because maybe the other 3 colleagues would be more positive.
