Mr. Kremers seems to understand his craft really well. Appointment and the related visit were smooth and uncomplicated. After that, an offer was submitted promptly, which promised me priced also. The completion of the repair of my gutter took place within a few days. Only to be recommended!

The advice and the on-site appointment were very good. The preparation of the offer was also speedy. Basically for the time being a good and professional impression. An appointment for the repair was quick and easy. Unfortunately nobody appeared on the agreed date to carry out the agreed repairs. A cancellation and / or postponement of the appointment was unfortunately not. Even calls were not answered. For the first positive impression, this approach does not fit.
