Bad customer service

Due to a complaint from the cosmetic studio, I am happy to justify my above. Statement:
Unfortunately, due to a construction site in front of the studio and a very bad parking situation, I was 15 minutes late. The lady at the reception, presumably the owner, greeted me right away with the words that the treatment was no longer possible. Apart from the fact that I find it very inflexible not to be able to absorb a slight delay from a customer, I was not offered an alternative date.
Incidentally, I had tried to contact the studio several times by phone in advance of the appointment. A tape ran for days that you would be called back after giving the phone number. This only happened after about 1 week with the reason that the studio was closed for vacation. A corresponding note on the answering machine would have been helpful in this regard.
