Unfortunately, I have had very bad experiences and do not recommend anyone to go here. Very bad communication and you will not be helped even though you are totally in the right. I took a 40 minute drive because the lady on the phone sounded very trustworthy and nice. For lip injections I should go to Hartkortstrasse in Kamen, so it was in my appointment confirmation. But I was not told that I would be sent to a naturopath because they work together. Well ... The practice really stank and the naturopath welcomed me with football pants! At first glance he looked very unsympathetic and barely talked either. What was agreed on the phone was not respected. The lady promised me something completely different and the naturopath told me something completely different. I couldn't reach the lady by phone at the moment, and she answered after about 30 minutes when I was no longer in the practice. I told her everything exactly, but only got a dry "apology". If you are already working with someone, then you should tell the customer on the phone and discuss this with your alternative practitioner accordingly! It doesn't do me any good if you make empty promises on the phone and just apologize afterwards! Incomprehensible !!!!

I've had my eyelashes thickened and lengthened. Super natural and yet visible result !!! From the first contact on the phone to the treatment 10 points! Clean, super friendly and I felt good all around

Got my eyebrows done. I didn't want to have bars, I wanted it to look natural! And that was done great! It looks really natural, very even. I'm super happy!
