Customer service is very bad. They have no idea and don't even try to help. To get an appraisal for your own parts you have to call Prasco Italy yourself. In Italy they say they only work with companies and I should contact Prasco Germany. Ultimately, you should then pay an additional fee to get the report. I am sure that I will no longer order anything from Prasco for me or my customers.

Pretty much all bad. Organization, processing of automotive parts, storage, employees and above all employee management! Just the right thing for someone without a school-leaving certificate and without completed vocational training! You can also see this from his respective foreman and his superiors, an absolute joke the company!
