It's unbelievable that a company like Tom Taylor needs customers who complain about paid goods not to pay back their money. The employee Mrs. Höllenriegel is absolutely overwhelmed and refers to the general terms and conditions which are in a folder in the closet! How should a customer read them there, furthermore claims that we had exchanged the jacket and not complained to squeeze before the payment of 84.99. I would be ashamed as a businessman of a business in Unna, you can not get a worse advertising! Very dubious this employee Mrs. Höllenriegel .......

For me a darling in Unna. Prices are fair, the staff are really nice and the popular Tom Taylor clothes are great to buy. Everything at ground level, so wheelchair users can also shop there. Even if it's a little cramped. My opinion, you can recommend this Tom Taylor store and get great advice from the unobtrusive but attentive staff, while still paying fair and good prices. Conclusion: For me 5 🌟
