I am extremely enthusiastic about this wonderful family business. Heartfelt in no time (only got to know this year). The Hermann family has recently been adding flowers to my company. Very nice, very pleasant contact, highly recommended. High quality. Thank you very much.

It has been almost a year since Susanne decorated our wedding so wonderfully. But to this day I enjoy looking at the photos of the beautifully designed location. Since we live more than 100 km from the location and therefore from all direct service providers, good timing was always necessary for arrangements on site with Ms. Hermann. We were able to make appointment suggestions without any major problems, which were mostly feasible. We were there several times and were able to pass on our ideas - also by email. As a bride, I also designed and tinkered a few little things myself. Susanne worked everything into the overall concept without any problems. We are grateful and enthusiastic to this day for everything she has done. Thank you dear Susanne!

The decoration at our wedding was wonderful. The flowers were of the very best quality and all very fresh. We enjoyed the bouquets and arrangements for a long time. I would especially like to highlight the incredibly beautiful bridal bouquet, the flowery hair accessories, the flower bracelets and the badges for the men. Such fine, filigree and wonderful results with natural products require a lot of experience and dedication. The men were also very happy that magnets were used instead of the usual needles. Thanks a lot for this! In retrospect, we would have liked more transparency in the cost structure in some smaller areas. But since this only affects 2-3 smaller items on the invoice, we still want to give full points because the result on the day of the wedding could make up for this.

If it were possible, 0 stars are more appropriate. Service is a foreign word here! On a recommendation from the location, I contacted the owner, initially via WhatsApp and then via email, because accessing the owner was very difficult at the time. At the appointment in the company in Kamen, with Ms. Hermann, they were left sitting. There was no prior cancellation by phone or email that the appointment could not be made. Really impossible to send your spouse off so that he could tell us that his wife couldn't. He then promised me that his wife would get in touch over the phone and that nothing happened here either. So dear future bridal couples, if you want to rely on a 1a service for your most beautiful day in life, then you will be disappointed and definitely not find anything here!

Dear Mrs. Herrmann, Thank you very much for doing such a great job. They got everything out of our location. It was actually nicer than I had imagined. Simply fantastic. The communication in advance was great. They have really responded to every little request and have implemented everything we have discussed. Everything was great and professional.
