On September 5th I visited the branch for the first time to get advice. I was pleasantly surprised by the expert and competent advice. I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!

I received very good advice from Ms. Hayden and she took a lot of time for me. I finally sleep through the mattress recommended to me and no longer complain of neck tension. The delivery went faster than announced.

We were the only customers in the store and still were ignored. The only female employee did not even leave her screen for a second. No greeting, no advice, no goodbye. Incredibly poor or better no service at all. The lady wouldn't even have noticed if I had carried something out of the shop!
