Pretty small. Not a huge selection. The quality of the furniture is like Poco. Surprisingly expensive. A cabinet for shoes we got for 139€ at Zurbrüggen was being sold for 249€. Workers were nice though and to be honest we didnt look through all of the departments.

You can't reach anyone by phone. I've been trying for hours now.

Am so far in peace on the phone really a cramp but at the current time iwie also understandably found a couch ready to be picked up immediately but we store it for free for 6 weeks.

Unfortunately the worst service I have ever had to endure from a furniture store. In retrospect, the "free" van for self-collectors that was highly touted in the store was anything but free and easy. It was announced that a call would be received as soon as the ordered piece of furniture arrived in the warehouse. This call then turned into a letter with the request to reserve the reserved van by phone, which should happen again 2-3 days in advance. The biggest cheek was that nobody could be reached by phone in this shop! What you save here when buying furniture, you pay three times more in the form of stress, anger and waiting time. I recommend everyone who is considering buying a piece of furniture here to check all the alternatives and buy somewhere else if possible. Saves time, stress and, above all, nerves. At Osca Möbel, the anticipation for the new piece of furniture evaporated very quickly! (Unfortunately, less than one star was not possible ... still more than the store deserves)
